Born in Lyon, trained at Le Cordon Bleu, and shaped by 15 years across Michelin-starred kitchens in Paris, Tokyo, and New York. Now based in Porto, bringing the world's finest culinary traditions to your table.

Every menu is created from scratch for each client. Laurent personally sources ingredients from local markets and partner farms, ensuring only the finest seasonal produce reaches your plate.
