Master Chef
Born in Osaka and trained in the street stalls of Dotonbori before earning a Michelin star in Shibuya. Chef Yamamoto spent fifteen years perfecting the balance between traditional technique and bold, modern flavor.
His approach to ramen is legendary: every bowl starts with a bone broth simmered for twelve hours, finished with house-made tare that he adjusts daily. The sushi counter features fish flown in three times weekly from Tsukiji Market.

Word of Mouth
The tonkotsu ramen is the best I have had outside of Japan. Rich, creamy, absolutely perfect. The neon atmosphere makes every visit feel like a late-night Tokyo adventure.

Omakase here is an event. Each piece of sushi is presented with such care. The fish is impeccably fresh and the rice seasoning is spot-on. Already booked my next visit.

As someone from Osaka, I am very particular about yakitori. This place nails it. The tsukune with egg yolk took me straight back home. Great cocktail list too.
